Positions offered at V.V.

  • Retail Clerk

    Welcome all who enter the vortex - your portal to vintage bliss! Aside from assisting customers, tasks include identifying and tagging clothing and accessories, styling mannequins, product stock and organization, store cleaning, and sales checkout.

    Requirements:

    • 2 or more years experience working in retail
    • Knowledge of vintage/historical fashion

  • Social media manager & event-coordinator

    Stay ontop of all the trends! The social media manager assists the content creator in the direction of V.V.'s social media posts, replies to DMs, and takes on the role of event-coordinator: reaching out to vendors and community event groups to establish events at V.V.

    Requirements:

    • Open availability to reply to DMs swiftly
    • Timely communication with vendors and content creator to advertise events in advance

  • Social media content creator

    Create fun reels and posts! V.V.'s social media content creator is expected to produce trendy content with a focus on driving viewers online and in-store. Besides creating the next trendy reel, the content creator also posts about events and promotions at V.V.

    Requirements:

    • Must upload at least 3 reels and 2 image posts per week to Instagram and Facebook.
    • Expected to work 25 hours per week

  • E-commerce director

    Product drops! The e-commerce director updates V.V.'s website and uploads products to the site.

    Requirements:

    • Open to position being primarily remote
    • Must come in-store to photograph and measure product

  • Window dresser

    The window dresser takes the lead in designing and assembling a show-stopping window front. Produce windows quarterly. Collaborate with retail clerks to create a fun and creative window displaying seasonal products.

    Requirements:

    • Work hours are when the store is closed
