1930s Cream Silk Gown w/ Drop Waist Ruffle & Off-Shoulder sleeves.

 Possibly 1930s or 40s? Beautiful off-white cream evening gown, possibly a wedding gown or reception dress. Has ruffled off-shoulder sleeves, a row of ruffle flowers along the front seam, drop-waist ruffle peplum, and v-neck line.
