Red Velvet Cape w/ Black Hair Epaulets and Hood

Very Strange, seemingly vintage cape with detachable epaulets with synthetic black hair fringe. Great for some form of costume or cosplay … ?

Condition: Lining stitching worn down and coming off in may places, slight discoloration on lining, right shoulder epaulet coming undone
